I am a results-oriented professional with eight ample years of project management experience including low-sloped built-up roofing, building construction, landscape design-installation and interior renovation-installation.
In 2009, I started landscape design and installation service in the greater-Lancaster, Pennsylvania area. Most recently, I concurrently began providing interior design-installation services. While this period of self employment has been rewarding, it has also nurtured a strong desire to return to a more structured and predicatable work environment where I may become part of a network of invaluable employees.
Tenure at Shepard and Associates
While at Shepard and Associates, we were awarded the roof consultant contract for three school districts where I served as the project manager preparing construction documents for re-roof construction projects and performed weekly project quality control roof inspections and reports on behalf of the owners.
Tenure at Gardner Spencer Smith and Jarbeau
My major responsibilities while at Gardner Spencer Smith Tench and Jarbeau also included preparing construction documents and working closely with the contractor project managers, MEP consultants and the owner representatives to review and approve submittals to maintain the project schedule.
